Is this a confirmed appointment when I buy?
Not yet. Purchase opens the intake process. After you submit your photos, video, and issue details, we confirm a coaching time. This is especially important for limited after-hours sessions.
How does the live coaching session work?
Sessions take place on Google Meet. After the founder confirms your availability, they send the Google Meet link. Where safe, join from the plumbing area and use your phone’s rear camera so the visible setup is easier to review.
What should I send with my intake?
Include a short description, the fixture or area involved, what changed, what you have already tried, and clear photos or a brief video when it is safe to capture them.
